G1 is Israel’s largest security services group, employing approximately 5,500 people nationwide.
Founded in 1937 as “HaShmira,” the company joined G4S in 2002 and was subsequently acquired by the Fimi Fund in 2017.
G1 became a public company in 2018 and was acquired by UMI Group in February 2024.
G1 provides security guarding and cleaning services, security systems including monitoring & patrol services, low-voltage system installations like fire detection and access control. It also offers specialized AV and AC.
G1, in partnership with Shikun & Binui, manages the National Police Training Academy until 2037.
