The Ramon Vineyard is nothing less than a miracle in the desert.
Established in 2010 in Mizpe Ramon, at the heart of the Negev, as a partnership between Danon Family and 14 local families who dreams about social- economic initiative that its profit will be used to support the community in Mizpe Ramon.
The Ramon Vineyard includes 600,000 square meter of land which 500,000 square meters are cultivated, featuring an impressive array of 15 wine grape varieties alongside three types of table grapes: Crimson, Sufirio, and Mistry.
The wine grape selection includes renowned varieties such as Cabernet, Merlot, Chardonnay, Muscat Canelli, Gewurztraminer, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc, Semyon, Chenin Blanc, and Pinot Noir.
Each year, the grapes are harvested during the peak of summer and distributed to six different wineries across Israel, resulting in the production of hundreds of thousands of wine bottles annually.
Nestled within the vineyard is a beautifully designed and well-maintained orchard, open to visitors.
This serene space features a wading pool, shaded seating areas, a spacious lawn adorned with fruit trees, and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Ramon Winery
The Ramon Winery is located in Mitzpe Ramon city, on a mountain overlooking the Ramon Crater.
The Winery is in its development stage and will be open for visitors in 2026.
